Her advisors are Professor Christopher Brown and Professor Evan Haefeli. Carolyn is broadly interested in the diversity of labor systems and inter-imperial trade in the early modern world. Carolyn is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She has been a FLAS fellow (Dutch), served as GHA's Social Chair, and worked as a rapporteur for Columbia's Seminar on Early American History and Culture.
